This project was interesting to me because a two-story house and a garage had to be placed on a small plot of about 5.5 hundredths of a hectare. At the same time, there had to be space left for recreation on the property.
The house turned out to be simple, compact, rational, and comfortable in its layout. The main body of the house, square in plan, is also externally laconic, restrained, and therefore beautiful.
The proportions of the house are close to the golden ratio. The combination of plastered surfaces and brickwork with wooden soffits of the roof creates a cozy image of home comfort and confident protection.
