Furthermore, in our current economic and environmental conditions, the necessity of applying energy-efficient technologies and energy conservation, particularly building facade insulation, is an integral component of a competent, economical, and simply prudent approach in any business project or private property.
In today's world, numerous options for facade finishing have been developed and exist, giving architectural objects a new look. From simple plastering and painting over brickwork or insulation to suspended ventilated facades with cladding materials ranging from profiled sheeting to porcelain stoneware, HPL panels, or fiber cement boards in various color combinations and textures.
Just as with the work of a plastic surgeon, the face and overall appearance of a building can change for the better, becoming more attractive, stylish, or interesting after being clad, or they can change for the worse. Therefore, it is very important that the development of the concept and the design of facades are carried out by specialists, professionals in this field.

The cost of facade cladding design work cannot be presented as a price list, as the tasks for each subsequent project are not similar to the previous one, and the conditions, materials, and design deadlines change. Accordingly, our position is to first get acquainted with the object and communicate with the client, and then make a cost proposal.
Cost of facade cladding design: From 170 UAH per 1 sq. m. of total facade area for the development of an architectural concept and photorealistic visualizations. Excluding site visits and measurement drawings.
The price is approximate and is discussed individually for each specific case, depending on the task.
