Architectural visualization
Architectural visualization is a three-dimensional representation of a future object: realistically or conventionally shown in static images, through a mockup, or in a video.
Not all people, including many architects, can imagine and visualize the image and appearance of a non-existent building or structure in their minds. This is exactly where we can help you, because simple drawings are often not enough. We can visualize your dream! And as we know, visualizing a dream, meaning having a clear idea of your dream, is a significant step towards achieving your goal and a guarantee of success!
Architectural visualization is necessary for making a correct and informed decision regarding the volumetric-spatial composition, the use of certain finishing materials and color combinations, as well as for making the right decision about investing funds in a business or in housing for oneself, and for project approval in various instances. In addition, many people want to build an object with a very active aesthetic component, not just a bare function.
Actually, that's what a well-done 3D model with subsequent visualization from different angles is for. It's possible to integrate it into a photo of the existing situation at different times of day, seasons, from different angles, including from a bird's-eye view – drone footage.
At the customer's request, it is possible to create not only static images but also videos for promotion during an advertising campaign for an object or for a comprehensive understanding of the situation. Additionally, if necessary, a building model can be produced for presentations during the design phase or as a «highlight» in the interior of an already constructed and operational facility. The model can be effectively illuminated with LED light sources, including those with dynamic color changes.

The cost of architectural visualization, like many other types of design, cannot be provided as a ready-made price list. It is calculated individually each time, depending on the scope of work and the task agreed upon with the client.
Architectural Visualization Cost: Static shot from 10,000 UAH for the first shot. The quantity and cost of other shots will be discussed additionally. Development of an overview video of the object from 15,000 UAH, depending on complexity, length, video quality, and other requirements. It is also possible to create 3D panoramas of interiors.
The price is approximate and is discussed individually for each specific case, depending on the task.
