PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)

for providing educational services in the field of design

This document is an official offer from Individual Entrepreneur Lemekhov Serhiy Vasylyovych, operating at: Kharkiv, st. O. Zubareva, bld. 20, apt. 9 (hereinafter - the «Contractor»), to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter - the «Client») who wishes to purchase educational services from the Contractor. Payment for participation in a master class, webinar, or educational program signifies full acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

ESSENCE OF THE AGREEMENT

The Contractor organizes and conducts masterclasses, webinars, training programs, and other educational events on design, providing the Client with access to materials, classes, and support (if needed). Services can be provided online or offline – depending
from the program format.

2. ORDER OF SERVICE PROVISION

The client selects a training program, makes a payment, and gains access to the event or training platform. Organizational details (dates, schedule, links, etc.) are sent via email or message. The contractor has the right to change the time or program of the training, provided it does not affect the quality of services.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Provider undertakes to provide quality educational services in accordance with the product description, reserves the right to change the format or content of the training without compromising quality, and is not responsible for the Client's individual results. The Client undertakes to use the materials solely for personal learning, not to share access or copy materials without the written permission of the Provider, and to adhere to the participation rules.

4. PAYMENT AND REFUND

The cost of services is specified in the Contractor’s relevant proposal. Payment is made by bank transfer. The contract is deemed concluded upon the crediting of funds to the Contractor’s account. The Client may request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment, provided that no more than 30% of materials have been used. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All training program materials are the intellectual property of the Provider. Copying, publishing, or transferring to third parties without permission is prohibited.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Client's personal data is used solely for the provision of services and communication. The Contractor guarantees data confidentiality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection.».

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

The agreement is public and enters into force upon payment for services. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. The invalidity of individual clauses does not affect the validity of the agreement as a whole.
