Our long-standing partners, the «Facade Supply Center,» approached us and asked us to design a stylish and modern lobby for a multi-unit building under construction.

This interior required the inclusion of wall treatment areas with fiber cement cladding panels from the Japanese company «Toray,» with the goal of promoting and advertising this product. These panels are actually very interesting and create a quite picturesque volumetric effect.

We operated with this approach. After working through various versions and approaches, we settled on two options that differ in the placement of dark and light panels on the walls and the type of lighting fixtures used on the ceiling.

Overall, the monochrome color scheme of the interior in a modern style is refreshed with accents of salad green in furniture elements and the texture of natural wood for the door leaves. The floor finish is made of natural stone – granites from Ukrainian deposits with the developer's logo in the center.
