This is a reconstruction project for one of the Soviet-era pioneer camp buildings near Kharkiv. The building itself is single-story, has interesting architecture with two bay windows, and is built of brick. It is located in a forest area.

We carried out a renovation according to the client's requirements. Among other things, we organized a parking space under a canopy, a large area in front of the main entrance, and stairs to the usable attic. Additionally, some measures were needed to strengthen the existing structures. The result is a single-story mansion with everything necessary for living. The forest surrounding the property adds a special charm to this mansion.

Since the house is located in a forest area, the main elements in this interior are natural materials – wood and stone. The sculptural art object on the kitchen wall, in the form of a volumetric wood slice, also perfectly complements and accentuates the house's location within the natural ecosystem. The fireplace on the border of the living room and kitchen adds coziness and warmth, both literally and figuratively.

The architecture of the house was preserved and supplemented with some elements.
