Author's supervision

Many of our clients, and it seems not just ours, undeservedly underestimate the designer's supervision of general construction or finishing work. As a result, there is a large number of unsightly or at least strange buildings, constructed, for example, from standard designs and without architect involvement, on which considerable funds have been spent nowadays.

Let's create beautiful architecture together!

For a building to be constructed according to the project or for finishing works to be carried out at the proper level, the constant participation and supervision of the architect – the author of the project – is necessary. This is because clients, who often lack sufficient experience and knowledge in construction and architecture, are easily swayed by builders, resulting in a negative outcome. Furthermore, managing construction takes time and energy.

It would be more appropriate to trust professionals who have the necessary experience and knowledge for such work, obtaining a worthy result that will bring satisfaction and profit for many years to come.

Or develop my own business myself, or simply take a break again :)

We believe that the most successful projects come from close collaboration between the architect, the client, and the builders. Our experience shows that ignoring certain solutions or components, for example, to cut costs or because builders are not accustomed to doing things a certain way, and without the architect's approval, can lead to a loss of quality, a reduced lifespan of the building, and a loss of its aesthetic appeal.

Author's supervision can be conducted on a regular basis, say once or twice a week during active construction or finishing works, or as needed, i.e., site visits and problem-solving by prior agreement – in case of irregular work.

💲 Cost of author's supervision: One site visit from 2000 UAH, depending on the number of trips and the tasks assigned. A monthly payment option is possible for regular trips and a defined number of them.

The price is approximate and is discussed individually for each specific case, depending on the task.
