Sokilnyky Residence – a conceptual design for a residential complex in the eponymous area of Kharkiv, near the aircraft factory – Sokilnyky, which is associated with the natural environment of a forest park and active recreation.
The plot is located near a busy city highway, while being surrounded by greenery, and has pedestrian and bicycle connections to the city's main parks, «Sarzhyn Yar» and Gorky Park.

The mood of forest walks and relaxation in a country estate became the starting point for creating the development concept and facade design for the complex.
The U-shaped complex layout creates a cozy pedestrian space within the courtyard.
The side sections, with an attic floor, use a traditional gable roof scheme.
The end section has a flat, usable roof, accessible by terraces of apartments on the attic floors of the side sections.

The standing seam roofing and attic of the house, combined with brick facades, create a familiar and lively silhouette.
The vertical rhythm of the balcony blocks, combined with high window openings and French balconies, makes it more modern.
