THE “COPERNIC” PROJECT

The objective of this project proposal was to accommodate the maximum possible amount of residential, office, and retail space, as well as parking spaces, playgrounds, and recreational areas on a specific, complexly configured site near one of Kharkiv's busiest transport interchanges.
To implement the maximum functional content with the aim of increasing the commercial efficiency of this project and to maximize the use of the site's capabilities, while adhering to the requirements of current state building codes and regulations.
In addition, a striking architectural image was needed, corresponding to the place, time, and current trends in architecture.
