The building's spatial structure is an L-shaped plan, allowing for maximum exposure of all rooms to the site and the creation of a comfortable inner courtyard with terraces for summer use. Combined with modern landscape design, this forms a harmonious unity of the landscape and the architectural object. This is particularly relevant for a small plot in this case. The house divides the plot into two parts: the main and auxiliary areas. It has two stories, though the deep foundation footings allowed for a full basement level.

The volume of the second floor does not extend over the entire perimeter of the first floor's exterior walls, but only partially. As a result, the roofs of the terraces and first-floor spaces actively participate in the architectural perception of the building.
