The house is located in a picturesque spot on the lake shore. By chance, I inherited this peculiar volume from the previous architect and builders, which needed to be dressed in beautiful and modern attire. The active drop in elevation and large cantilevered projections allowed for the creation of a rather expressive form. The facade of porcelain stoneware tiles and wood give the building a modern look.

The clients planned to use the basement level for themselves as an apartment, and the upper three floors as an apartment building.
