The concise exterior architecture of the building was shaped by the glazing of four rooms' balconies, as well as corrugated metal sheets and graphite-colored composite panels. The balcony glazing creates a complex rhythm of fragments in various shades and formats. This color palette was complemented by natural stone stairs and stainless steel railings at the entrance.

The result is a restrained object in terms of color and materials, but very modern, which perfectly complements the architecture of the residential building and adorns it.
