When moving from the side of the Kyiv metro station, the high-rise building located in this area perfectly complements the established urban landscape and supports the solitary skyscraper of the Kharkiv Polytechnic University building. Our building also serves as an accent to the street's perspective. A similar situation with the completion of the street's perspective, due to its turn, occurs when moving in the opposite direction, from the city center. The plot allows for the construction of a high-rise object of city-wide significance here.

If the project continues, the topic of the building's exterior can be further developed in various options, including increasing the number of floors, as land in the central part of the city is expensive, and floor space square meters are also very expensive – whether for rent or purchase. Construction is generally a costly undertaking, so investing in more floors is more profitable – reducing the cost per square meter.
