TECHNOPARK is a multifunctional residential complex located in a historic Kharkiv district called Panasivka, on the outskirts of the city center. The project aims to combine modern housing with spaces for learning, work, recreation, and leisure by revitalizing former industrial buildings located within the complex.

The project involves developing the territory in the form of block development, combining 12 sections, with underground parking and open spaces that are oriented towards the needs of residents and community development.

The main task for us was to develop the facade architecture for the multi-story residential buildings according to the general designer's layouts, and a landscaping system for the complex's territories that emphasizes the overall idea of revitalizing and preserving historical industrial buildings.

The concise facade design is based on the principles of environmental integration and modern architectural trends.

The overall volume of the facades was visually divided into vertical blocks, taking into account the formative features of the buildings.

The first five floors are finished with clinker brick, which reduces the overall scale, separates the high-rise section, and harmonizes with historic brick buildings. The rhythm of the facade is supported by horizontal division, which contrasts with the vertically combined window blocks and the overall vertical composition.

The landscaping unites the residential buildings of the complex, the co-working space, and the commercial area into a single urban space.

The fully pedestrian courtyard is rich in coniferous greenery, flowing from the internal mini-park between the two buildings to spaces for active recreation and family leisure.

The complex's identity is concisely integrated into the landscape design of the children's playground and barbecue area, creating a special atmosphere in these locations.

A separate task was to develop a design concept for the entrances and underground parking spaces located under the buildings and courtyard, which emphasizes the overall style of the complex and satisfies the developer's ideas.

Construction work on the site for the zero cycle was begun in 2021, and by early 2022, it was progressing at full speed.

However, Russia's full-scale invasion unfortunately postpones further development of the project until Ukraine's victory.
