One of the first comprehensive residential development projects in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, since Ukraine's Independence, offering a sustainable approach to the growing demand for housing in the city and reflecting the region's strong development.

The project involves developing the territory in the form of block development, combining 12 sections, with underground parking and open spaces that are oriented towards the needs of residents and community development.

The residential sections' architecture consists of blocks of varying heights, visually separated by color and surface texture. The first floor is a podium element with storefront glazing, finished with clinker brick. The variable positioning of window openings and colored accents on the upper floors emphasize the complex's silhouette, reduce the scale of the massive facade of multi-story residential sections, and create a balance with the surrounding buildings. .

Enter the complex, considering pedestrian and transport connections with the local infrastructure.

The completely pedestrian courtyard flows into the modernist-style local library park.

The podium with a public and commercial function becomes the foundation connecting the differently colored and tiered sections of the complex, and creates a clear street edge. Showcase facades for commercial, retail, and entertainment spaces create a mixed-use zone with public street space, attracting new visitors and breathing life into the area.

In early March 2022, the construction of the first phase of the complex was planned to begin.

Russia's full-scale invasion, unfortunately, postpones further development of the project until Ukraine's victory.
