Replacement of the first-floor door and window units, installation of modern glass canopies over the entrance groups, execution of all facade work at a very high professional level, as well as laying pavement tiles in the building's area – all this allowed us to achieve a confident and high-quality result in the form of a modern and beautiful object. Seeing such work gives the impression that this building is located somewhere in a European city.

I provided authorship supervision and project support at all stages of the work. Both the client and the residents of the second floor, the neighbors on the street, and your humble servant were satisfied with the result. There is a difference between the original appearance and the obtained result!
