Since budget-friendly yet effective solutions were needed, profiled sheeting was proposed for cladding, with a combination of colors and wave types. The use of the company's signature blue color was a mandatory requirement. To create a more interesting combination of textures from several types of surfaces, corrugated and trapezoidal profiled sheeting with polymer coating in different colors were used, as well as porcelain stoneware tiles fastened with an aluminum rustication.

The object's appearance was also determined by the existing structural design of the building – these are brick walls with brick pilasters about five meters apart, which were accordingly repeated in the facade cladding. Gas pipes across the entire facade completed the picture. The entrance group with an elegant canopy finishes and anchors the entire composition. The use of chamfered details for window surrounds, corners, and sills, following German technology, gives the facade a special luster.
